| Comment | To each there own, having grown up in the surrounds & lived on the outskirts of the city all my life, the current anti-car attitude in the city is what has been making many in my peer group actively avoid the city & it's businesses. Which is however great for areas like Braehead, Silverburn, and even Paisley which has been reversing it's long standing pedestrian schemes.
I can appreciate folk living in the city centre may thing differently, but the current 'fuck you, take a bus' attitude taken by GCC is literally driving people away from the city. |
