I have done mine back in September but waited around a month and a half for the letter to come back. They're pretty slow but they've sorted it without issues the first time in my case.
Edit: just to add I have emailed them. I think this is the best way as I have dealt with other councils this way even before covid hit and had things sorted better than if I called or went in person.. |
