| Comment | I work in the NHS as a technician, and I visit pretty much every ward in my hospital and the ward clerks cannot believe how much the non-covid mortality rate is spiking, since these patients are so much worse than before.
So it’s no longer just about isolating from covid and saving your granny (as important as that is), it’s now about making sure cancer patients etc get the treatment they need, by ensuring the beds are not occupied by covid patients.
