Comment	They’re bastards - they’ve made that website incredibly hard to navigate. Their phone line is only answered if you’re looking to pay, if they owe you money it’s “send an email” (never answered). I had an unoccupied flat and it was incredibly hard to prove. I gave up in the end. Good luck 🤞
