Like Barclays values are ‘Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Stewardship’ so make sure you research what they actually mean by that on their info https://home.barclays/who-we-are/our-strategy/purpose-and-values.
Same stuff also useful for balance scorecards etc once your in the door.
