| Comment | Nobody predicted the price hikes at the end of lockdown. Personally I thought they would drop, but I guess folk were hanging, waiting for the market to open, then they all went for it, causing a sellers market. Lots of folk after a few houses caused the prices to get stupid. I've no idea what is ahead. A lot of folks will lose their livelihoods unfortunately. Might take a good few months for things to get back to normal.
I'm wanting to buy but will lay off as have a good rented flat.
