| Comment | Rouken Glen park is my local, and theres a good wee crowd there consisting of the youngers to those in their 20's and speaking as someone who isn't an amazing skater by any stretch of the imagination everyone is very welcoming.
I've also found that its a bit of a misconception that the proper skate rats down places like Riverside aren't the friendliest, been down myself a few times and made a couple of pals who are miles above the level I'm at.
At the end of the day skateboarding isn't a competition (for most people anyway!) |
