| Comment | Do you live alone? If you're with another adult or can get one of your neighbours to act as a witness, next time he does anything criminal phone the police. If theres at least two of you that give statements he'll be arrested and charged, and probably get held custody to appear at court next day. As its a neighbour dispute, he should ideally get released on bail not to enter your street or close. Just tell the polis the background, continuous offending, explain there are community tensions due to his behaviour and you believe bad boy is himself at risk of retribution etc. Given he's a radge junkie he'll probably breach bailat which point phone the polis and he'll hopefully get remanded. Then onto to council/landlords to get him to fuck. You could also look at a wee cctv camera covering your front door.
I mean I get you don't want to be a grass, but I think most people even in areas which aren't particularly pro polis would udner stand that if some cunt is kicking your door at all times etc phoning the police is reasonable. |
