Under normal circumstances his opponent would then concede rather than wait for postal votes to be counted, but this isn't a normal opponent.
What might take longer is if it's close or Trump wins some marginals, when the postal votes will matter, and we know in that case Trump will declare an early victory (despite that not being the case) and try and make all hell break loose. |
