She can also apply directly to housing associations and will get a higher priority because she is disabled so she needs to explain all of this on the form. Having a date for being evicted also gets you further points.
She needs to speak to the homeless team, the fact she is on PIP is important and she needs to stress this. If she has mobility difficulties she needs to push to not be put in inappropriate temporary accommodation for example.
She needs evidence she is being evicted, even just a letter will be enough. |
