| Comment | She's trying to get a rise out of you. If you genuinely feel that either you, your dog or children could be in danger then you have a duty to call the police to report. What if this dog attacks a child and you knew how uncontrollable the dog was, you would feel bad aye?
I've reported an owner before and it took until the police came for them to sort their dog out, and it's been fine since although I have moved house since. |
