| Comment | Dogs which are out of control shouldn't be off the lead so this can be a police matter. Its a criminal offence for your dog to act dangerously and especially off the lead. Chasing counts in this instance. Report it to 101 on this occasion and if it happens again, report it again.
I had a similar thing happen in our back court. Didnt know the dog (funnily enough also a staffy) was out the back, opened the door and it pounced on our 6 month old puppy.
We spoke to the neighbour the next day and they couldn't be nicer about it thankfully. |
