| Comment | _Where_ in Govanhill is a critical question. If West of Vicky Road (which is actually Strathbungo, but whatever) then you will be in close proximity to the exchange and should be able to get a solid 80Mbps down over traditional copper.
I used to live in that area and used Zen who are a proper ISP and send out an OK router. For the others, buy your own and use theirs as a modem.
Of course, that means not tethering via your phone but it's horses for courses really.
