The call quality was so bad I couldn’t even really call to complain.
Then when I walked to somewhere with a signal to call the call centre some guy 7000 miles away tried telling me I couldn’t cancel even though I was literally holding a leaflet that came with the phone saying you could get a refund within two weeks lol
