Hey, yep exactly the same as the OP. It's not far from where they were viewing their flat.

Not a dodgy area at all imo. If you were to walk up past the shopping centre on a Saturday night then it might be a bit edgy, but honestly not that bad.

You have the same advantages as I mentioned before: Easy access to buses and trains, close to the City Centre and a retail park with a massive Tesco and Home Bargains.

The only truly dodgy bits of Springburn are when you get up near Balgrayhill flats and the surrounding area. You'll be miles away from there.
