| Comment | I never get this argument. I see people doing the right thing here - using the bin. Council job is to empty the bin, which they don't do frequently enough. If we would all be carrying our trash with us they might as well remove all the bins. The only solution is to start emptying the bins and cleaning the streets more often - like other cities manage to do. I think there has been enough complaints for council to notice this problem. They haven't replied to any of my emails about litter on the streets though so not sure if they get the message. |
