Yeah that’s what I was thinking. It’s an attitude thing. I watched two separate occasions of people dumping mattresses and chest of drawers on a street corner in the west end within the space of ten minutes and drive away. I’ve never seen that before in other Scottish cities. And the bin bags on the street is mental. Seagulls make it worse. And naebdy cares!
