It'll be difficult to get a flat with Partick HA or Charing X HA, but you should look up GHA as they're citywide. If it really is bad living with your parents, you can always present as homeless. However, there is a chance you'd be sent to a hostel or B&B type situation. Edit: Also, you'll be entitled to Housing Benefit / Element. You can even try looking into private lets that accept DSS, but make sure to check the local housing allowance of the area otherwise your Housing Benefit will be capped and you'll have to pay the difference.
