Pretty much all of the West End and Southside go for more than the home report, as well as many areas in City centre and East End, it can happen when you start going further out too, so places like Giffnock, Busby, Scotstoun, Bearsden, Bishopbriggs can be a good bit over too.
Anniesland isn't quite as crazy as other areas of the West End, but will still go for a bit over depending on the property
Assuming you also know the bad news about mortgages, anything you go above the home report you have to pay up front, so any fees + deposit + amount over, you'll need to have in the bank. It's a shock to the system. |
