Yeah you can see the royal just in the background. Iirc the cathedral is the oldest building in the city and the infirmary the oldest non religious building. The original Royal building was built by the wrights of Glasgow.

It's actually really cool in bits as well, although absolutely terrifying in the old wings at night.
