That’s promising to hear, sounds like the estate agents and the sellers were trying to hard sell me on the over HR bids. Fair enough if it goes to a closing date and people really want it, then it’s likely to go above, I don’t really want to get into a bidding war, will see what happens with the market with furlough, covid and brexit.
There seems to be a lot of student flats going up, I wonder if it’s because students are studying from home and they’re sitting empty or landlords wanting to get out before the market crashes. |
