I request HRs every so often of properties I would be interested in or similar to one I will be selling to get a feel where what to expect. After a few months register of scotland gets updated and I am checking for how much a flat went for. It is not a long list atm but always something.
About the parking, since they introduced resodent permits, getting a spot is not a problem. |
