| Comment | the nhs budget isn't devolved. How much the NHS in Scotland get comes from WM, How that toal is spent is down to Scotland. If the total given doesn't cover everything that's needed, something obviously needs to get removed or reduced funding.
If you've experienced NHS England in the past few years, you'd notice the difference between England and Scotland, with things significantly better (at least in my experience) in the Scottish NHS.
It's not perfect, but it's noticably better, and could be better still if the funding was there. |
