"High" Knightswood is the earliest part with the biggest gardens etc. Part of the original wave of garden suburbs built in the 1920s along with Mosspark and Riddrie. Those are often the biggest and sometimes best built houses (brick as opposed to concrete). A lot of it is built on mines though so need to watch out for that. I heard it said its rougher but I think that's mainly the bits which fringe onto Blairdardie/Drumchapel
