| Comment | I did travel from GCC to another tier 3 council area at the weekend to go for a walk. Outdoor exercise counts as an essential reason. I wouldn't go to an area which has less restrictions, but with so much of the central belt being tier 3 I don't see what difference it makes at this time as long as you're not taking the piss. As someone said, the restrictions are meant to make you think twice rather than being a ban on travelling. |
