I just received a letter at a new address saying I owed hundreds of pounds from a previous address I haven’t lived at for months when I’m exempt because I’m a student. I used the live chat on their website and the agent I spoke with said they had no record of me being a student even though I had my letter of exemption with me. I think they’re having major clerical mess ups right now
