Totally. My dad is due open heart surgery and all the appointments he has to go into alone. He's nearly 80 and is getting the information totally mixed up, plus he doesn't ask any questions so we are just on edge hoping he doesn't have another stroke while we are waiting or waiting on people calling us back to let us know more information.
