Depends what you feel like- I like Gizzy Erskine when I’ve got time, Ottolenghi for new flavours and ingredients, Hairy Bikers and Nigella for easier things just to have everyday. I’m coveting the Dishoom cookbook and I like the look of the Roasting Tin for post work dinners.
