I feel you. Working retail throughout this pandemic has been *draining*.
My work can be pretty physical and wearing a mask honestly makes it uncomfortable but it’s for everyone’s benefit. It’s really disheartening when customers can’t keep a mask over their filthy nose for just 10 minutes whilst they shop. Every shift I end up feeling panicky and claustrophobic because customers don’t give me any space.
As an added bonus the Christmas rush seems to have started even earlier this year. Yay. |
