Anyway, ordered a delivery, first time from them. Hour and 15 later get a call to say the drivers been in a car accident, he's fine but they are remaking our food and sending it to us.
An hour later it arrives, the boxes bashed, the dips were in small plastic pots that were melted to the top of the boxes. Pizza was stone cold. Called back and explained and they couldn't have been nicer. Turned out they were using new heater bags and placing anything on top of the boxes resulted in them being melted onto it. They apologised and refunded the food and gave us a discount for next time.
Great staff but felt that the delivery side of things is secondary to the "paying customers" who visit the location.
I think they use their own driver to deliver so they might have loads of deliveries in the one car, hence the 2.5 hour wait and cold pizza. |
