As harsh as it may be I would give up she obviously doesn't want to be contacted as evident by her father blocking you (pretty sure he would've said to her hence the blocking)
What you don't want to be doing is crossing the line of stalking. I get your intentions and am having the same thoughts about my now ex wife however some things are best left.
