| Comment | Because officially that's what it is actually called. It was never the Scottish Parliament. All devolution legislation refers to the Scottish Assembly and Scottish Executive.
When the SNP came into power they rebranded the Scottish Executive as the Scottish Government, but the whole chamber assembled at Holyrood (ScotGov plus opposition/all the parties) always was and still is the Scottish Assembly. |
