| Comment | If I'm honest with myself I probably could be convinced back to the Union, if the UK had a government worthy of the name. I'm not convinced Starmer's Labour would be that government, but I'm open to being pleasantly surprised. I don't actually mind if I'm being ruled from Edinburgh, London, Brussels or the fucking Moon, as long as the Government doing the ruling is one that protects the most vulnerable, respects the rule of law, and promotes equality for all. Right now I think Scottish independence is my best chance of seeing that in my lifetime, but I'm no die-hard. |
