I don’t understand the question mate - what are 50 and 90 measures of?
Ideally you want gas heating. Electric heating is a bit of a cheap option for flat builders and costs a lot to run and isn’t very efficient. There’s also “wet electric” where the electric is used to heat water for heating (much like a gas system).
I looked at your previous posts - are you looking to live in the place? I looked at buying a place for cash to live in and then eventually decided to get a small mortgage as typically in Glasgow (or anywhere really) places are cheap for a reason and buy paying not much more I got somewhere nice and less threatening. |
