Comment	Not quite, as if you have no gas supply you save on the daily charges for gas which are circa 20p/day. Using electric i imagine you'll only heat the room you're using rather than the whole house so that may make a saving? Efficiency of radiators and boiler etc also impacts, but roughly once you consider the above, yes.
