| Comment | I've been going out of my way to be more polite and friendly to retail staff during this. Seeing them get abuse boils my piss.
It's hard to see if someone is smiling or not, so in situations where I'd possibly not say please or thankyou, but just smile I make sure to say please or thankyou.
I don't understand why people take frustrations out on the staff who have no power to actualy fix whatever it is that's annoying them. |
