| Comment | There are people who were so unable to justify going to hospital during lockdown they died preventable deaths. Some people struggle to acknowledge their needs, especially right now. Being anal about the rules has claimed lives, both from treatable disease and suicide.
We're currently in tier 4 because the gov let everyone go on hols all summer, encouraged them to eat out, let all schools and unis back, and didn't enforce any of the "rules" so folk didn't bother to follow them. We are not in tier 4 because of people visiting graves.
