Comment	Check the price history - if it sold for a ridiculously low value sometime prior to 2016 then that was probably it being sold off under Right to Buy. (although it can be hard to tell what's ridiculously low, and what's just the fact flats in Dennistoun used to be dirt cheap anyway)
