I’d recommend you view flats before signing a lease. If it’s a letting agent, be prepared to accept the flat on the day. It’s very competitive. There’s good letting agents and bad letting agents but I’m not too clued up on that side of things. Heard bad things about HappyLets.
As for a sim, I’ve been with Giffgaff on a sim only deal and they were great.
