What increasingly bothers me is that the SNP led council don’t seem to have proposed any concrete plans to clean up the increasing mess that is known as ‘Glasgow City Centre.’
They would appeared to be focused on another issue known as ‘IndyRef2,’ and other irrelevant nonsense, as our city rots.
