I doubt that much can be done in the near future, Covid is seeing to that. A lot of people have become poorer, and more stressed so there will be so much to do to recover. I would also suggest moving, and most of the Southside seems to have come up (the bits that I know). Govanhill probably isn't the best for a female living by themselves but most other areas should do.
