| Comment | I'd agree with the comments. I work in the town and cycle past central every day and sadly it's been this bad for a long long time. If you can move i would. I live in white inch and although it's also not the nicest in some places, you can strike gold if you pick a decent street as the flats are old tenements and are stunning and huge inside.
