| Comment | Pro tip for all future donators (from someone whose friend is a charity shop worker). If you wouldn’t buy it in the condition you’re donating it in then please just bin it. It’s not fair for charity workers to have to raid through bin bags of soiled clothes, food covered frying pans, odd shoes etc. They have to be able to sell these things, it’s not just a place to get rid of old crap. You’d be amazed at some of the horrendous stuff people actually handed in after the first lockdown. |
