| Comment | I used to live in the city centre and enjoyed it at the time but it got to a point I was happy to leave. It isn’t for everyone and things have changed.
I’ve since moved around and lived in Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and Lanarkshire and finally settled in South Lanarkshire. It’s nice to have transport links to the city if needed, but be far enough away from it that things that you describe aren’t a big issue. There’s gonna be junkies and neds everywhere but I find Glasgow Centre to be bad for it these days.
With working-from-home being the new normal I imagine a lot of folk will start moving out of the city centre and looking further afield. |
