Costs? Depending on size you could be looking at a few grand for scaffolding, then the work itself. That can easily escalate. Repair? A few grand. Replace all tiles? Closer to £10k. Structural issues? Even more.
If you really want the place, offer £20k below asking but be aware you are taking a gamble. |
