I haven't been up the town since March, but since people are saying it was terrible even before then, I must say I'd never had that impression. I mean yeah Central has had some homelessness issues but I haven't noticed any difference over the last decade. Maybe I've just been lucky but never have I been hassled or intimidated in any part of the centre.
