You can either post on Reddit and moan about it and be passed around council departments and be wound up every time you walk over it, or take fifteen minutes to take a hard bristle brush and hot water to it and get it done and out of the way. As to the pigeons in the roof, tell the factor you want pest control out. If you're impatient and you like the flat then just call a pest control company yourself and they'll come out and deal with it. Couple of hundred quid. |
