| Comment | Used to live there. Not great but not as bad as everyone makes out. It's a strange wee area.
Everything east of Ibrox Library and West of the Bellrock pub is a shitehole though aye. DEFINITELY avoid anything north of the paisley rd west in that area. I know that basically sounds like the whole of cessnock but there are some nice wee streets. Handy for the subway as well.
You'd be better in Kinning Park if you care about being close to the town, or down towards Ibrox/Cardonald if you want somewhere quieter and a bit less run down. |
