They've all been told to turn off track and trace, which is relatively common knowledge (still fucked up), but what *hasn't* made it big is that if a student gets tested positive their close contacts have to isolate. Teachers were told that the the limit for that definition was 15 minutes in a 1:1 setting. So what she and her colleagues have been told is: if you want a 1:1 meeting, make it last 14 minutes, walk away for a minute, then continue.
