| Comment | It was normal to me growing up near Glasgow but I have lived in other cities including Edinburgh and London and the public transport is so much better which really discourages car use - the transport actually serves people's needs so people don't need their own (or for many household's, multiple) cars. I still can't drive as I have no need, but when I moved back home during lockdown I was very restricted as the whole area relies on cars. |
